Rewind Barely Worn Creme and Black Textured Dress

This dress is a Rewind dress with a scoop neck and skater skirt. It is a size S and has 3 loops meant to hold a belt on the waist. The fabric is very textured while still being light but not sheer. There is stitching along the waist and breasts to accentuate the body as well as black stitching around the entire dress about 1/4 inch away from the actual edges.
