These are brand new! I bought them with the tags and removed them, but these were slightly big so I never wore. They are a juniors size 7/8 but fit like an xs/s. I believe they are from the late 90’s/early 2000’s! Measurements: Waist: 13” Hip under zipper: 19” Rise: 12”
