Retro Mini Skirt Theater Homemade Women's Dress Up

This is a great mini skirt. It has a vintage feel and look but may be made more recently. It is a linen like material with a vinyl or pleather inserts. The side has a zipper and Velcro closure. The vinyl seems like it was added over the base material. I think it was homemade but done well, maybe for a theater group. No size tags but it is about 21 1/2 inches long and 14 1/2 inches wide flat at the waist. There is some stains and what looks like duct tape issues on some of the inserts. Great for the retro look, myself I see it being worn at the antique car show.
