This is a vintage '90s retro-styled babydoll dress. It has floral print on a black background. Has a scooped neck with a halter across the 2 front sides, that can be removed with snaps. As measured flat the bust (pit to pit) is 15.75", length is 30"(shoulder to hem, sleeves are 3/4 with elastic cuffs and 15", & the ruffle at hem is 9". Looks great with leggings or tights.
