New with tags, it has some imperfections such as the small tear in the lower bottom as shown in picture and on the front there seems to be some sort of wrinkle that was done possibly. This is how I purchased but I never got to use it. May be able to get fixed with a good seamstress but I don’t have the time or occasion. I also envision this as a short dress if you can cut it and get it done.
