@lisacstella Thanks! So it looks like the top/collar has a loose string in the back and also the front of the collar looks slightly damaged - is that correct?

@ms_rainydays Snipped the loose thread - hem is intact and nothing unraveling anywhere. The collar is not damaged. Maybe very light pilling or could be whatever they’ve used inside the collar to keep the stiff edge showing through more on that side. The fabric is very light so I think there’s something there to keep its shape.
