Red embroidered dress, vintage, Central America.

I picked up this red beauty in Florida, at a vintage boutique. It is maxi length, has beautiful embroidered details. Never worn out in 2 years but it is one of my favorites. I don’t know how to style it, and I’m afraid to wash it too because vintage woven cotton. No rips, stains, or holes. The elastic in the bodice seems relaxed (comfy), but also maybe too large for me. No tags, Large-XL? I know this is overpriced so make me an offer if this is your dream dress. I’m hesitant to let her go.
