Red, White, and Black Dress

This two-toned dress has an off-white lace top and deep red skirt separated by the cutest black bow at the waist. MINOR ALTERATIONS: This dress came with the weirdest wire mesh inside the hem of the skirt that make is super stiff and unnaturally flowy. I loved everything about the dress except that, so I took it off (the cut in the 4th picture: not visible when worn). The skirt is still flowy but in a more natural way.
