Rebecca Taylor Ruffle Neck Dress

Rebecca Taylor sleeveless ruffle neck dress. The top is cream with black stitching. Please note that the top isn’t lined and is fairly sheer. The skirt of the dress is tan with black waist band. The skirt is lined. Side zip from under arm to below hip. Fabrication pictured. Lightly worn, but there is a small stain on back lower right corner of blouse, also shown in pictures. 15.5 inches long from should to waist, 17 inches long from waist to end of skirt and waist is 13 inches wide
