These are real Alligator Vans produced at our custom shop in Southern Ca. These are one of a kind Vans and the only in existence. We primarily build custom footwear for celebrities, athletes and business clients requiring there own personal brand. We have over 500 materials including exotics. Shoes built like this are extremely time consuming.each shoe requires a custom last that’s built to fit inside the Vans sole. The Alligator is only $500.00 the rest is 2 weeks of labor

These are the most labor intensive and complex pair of shoes. custom lasts have to be made, patterns produced from the last and a new pair of Vans completely disassembled and replaced piece by piece with clients chosen material. Each custom pair requires approximately 100 hrs by a skilled maker.
