Faye Mell (Fleurette) Designs came in all sorts of sizes, shapes and fabrics. The brown plastic swirl is layered beneath the heavy vinyl bag, which was cut to create the monogram. There's also a hint of glitz--silver lame'!-hidden within the interior zipper pocket.
