Authentic vintage Bakelite hinged bangle bracelet, dating from the 1940s (also worn into the early 1950s). This striking mid-century piece is crafted from two pieces of solid black Bakelite (phenolic resin) with gold-tone hardware and a tongue-in-groove clasp.
