Rare, Too Size 4T Ice Cream Seersucker Pink Dress

Made by "Rare Too" this size 4T cotton dress has contrasting panels of pale pink and white gingham fabric, hot pink gingham and brown gingham fabric. The skirt has ice cream cones and cupcake appliques with pink polka dot bows. The empire waist has brown polka- dot band with a hot pink bow. There are two brown gingham buttons on the top Very pretty! It is sleeveless with a crew neckline with a skirt that is full. Pretty!
