Victorian inspired long sleeve fitted blouse in cream with black trim. 100% silk. High end Robert Rodriguez quality. Beautiful feminine ruffle edging. Narrow at waist and sort of peplum. Missing fourth button down (see first photo) which is easily replaced. Fantastic price reflects this small inconvenience. Otherwise gently used good condition.
