Rails periwinkle blue, daisy floral, shorts romper, size XS, EUC

I went through a romper stage and this was one of my favorites!! This is from Rails and is a periwinkle blue with little daisies all over. It’s a size XS and is in EUC. It has buttons down the front as a detail, but they are also functional, and an elastic back waist. Smoke free and pet free home.
