They have a kind of shimmery, sparkly, beautiful, shiny finish. Diameter: 9" 100% Melamine Dishwasher safe - nice for everyday use or just as lovely for a dinner party They are NOT microwave safe I'm listing these as pre-owned as I bought this set at a moving sale.
