REGAL 1970s' NAVY STRAW WIDE BRIM HAT WITH INTRICATE GOLD EDGING & PEARLS

This is a showstopper hat, and also timeless. This grand hat is made of navy straw. The edge of the upturned brim and the bottom of the round crown are embellished with intricate bands of gold braids and small pearls edging the brim and the crown,, plus the brim is enhanced with scattered larger pearls all over. Around the top of the crown also has a gold braid. there is an elastic band attached to the inside of the hat to keep in in place. This is an authentic piece of fashion history! This hat is in wonderful vintage condition & has been lovingly preserved among over 1300 vintage hats we have collected for 40+ years. ***NOTE: There are some makeup stains on the inside headband, shown in the last photo, but they are not visible when wearing the hat.
