natymichele @lovelyca408 hey! I think it would. I am typically a small too and it fits me. it's not meant to be super fitted so there will be room for you to have on layers underneath if needed. It's cute if you leave it buttoned or open as well. And it's great to wear casually or paired over a dress. Right now I can bring price down to $65. Never worn perfect condition.
