nancykc1607 Hi! I bought this previously from you and it was sealed in the original box. However, this was did not have a box, and the seal was broken. I am just wondering why? It’s hard for me to determine authenticity

seibra_caston @nancykc1607 Hi…it was in a box I just took it out for shipping. The seal on the jar was not broken right? I use the product as well but I’m certain I didn’t send one that was open. I recall your previous exp you shared about someone replacing the product. I would never. lol…

nancykc1607 @seibra_caston hi! Thank you for responding. Yess, the seal was also broken, but not entirely. It was lifted only on one side. The only reason I checked is due to what happened to me with a previous seller. Thank you again!

seibra_caston @nancykc1607 did it look like it was used? I literally opened the box at the post office because I was going to put it in the cardboard shipping envelope and I removed the box so it would fit. It didn’t which is why I went witha different shipping box. They usually have the envelopes thst are easier to ship but they were out. I didn’t think much of it because the seal once you open the jar was still there indicating that it had never been opened.

seibra_caston @nancykc1607 I think you may be confusing the way you open it. It does have a piece of plastic that lifts up to make it easier to open. Are you familiar with what I am referring to? I would send a pic but I’m not sure how…😊

nancykc1607 @seibra_caston yes, I am familiar with what you are talking about. It was just the flap part you peel, but the actual seal was also slightly lifted. It does not appear that any product was missing however.
