RARE Vintage 1960s Wool Girls Double Breasted Blue Coat

Wow, this is in amazing condition and doesn't smell old. It has an Amalgamated Workers of America tag in it with the number 898586. This union existed until 1976, after which the name changed. The pit to pit measurement is 15" and the length is 22 3/4" which suggests size 8ish, but I think it looks smaller. It does not seem like it has been washed and shrunk. My girls are adults now, but I think this coat looks like it would be too big for a 3-4 year old but too small for an 8-10 year old. My best guess is that it would fit a 5-8 year old.
