Model, actress (Baywatch, The Mask) , TV host (Extra, CNN, Don Lemon show) and controversial psychologist Wendy Walsh is the expecting mother.  Her boyfriend,  Virgil McDowell- is the father.  Wendy later claimed that TLC used their story as episode #1 because they were an interracial couple.  This episode has largely been pulled from streaming. 2007 DVD in excellent condition. Licensed TLC Discovery Channel video. **Wendy Walsh also became famous for accusing Bill O Reilly and Elite model boss,  Gérald Marie, of abuses. * Online, people speculated that the autistic male character in the cable show CLAWS was inspired (a bit) by Wendy's boyfriend, as he displayed some characteristics in this episode.
