RARE Antique Harry Rountree Alice in Wonderland Color Plates hardcover book

So rare I cannot find another online to compare it. It has beautiful color plates and Frontspiece along with great black and white illustrations. Huge book with a unique cover. Published in Great Britain but does not have a copyright date. Research seems to be that the Alice books he illustrated were published between 1908-1928 but that is all I could find.
