Super rare Alexander McQueen Skull in Python ring. Size Small, approx 6.5. Intentional antiqued patina, gold plated. Over 1” high off finger. Has substantial weight to it. Stamped inside. Excellent condition, worn maybe once, has tiny spot of patina on left side of ring (see pic of me pointing, very hard to see, just being picky). Comes with original pouch.
