Prom Short Tulle Dress

*Navy Blue Spaghetti straps short glitter tulle dress. Sparkly, tiered, and ruffled. It has cups/no bra needed Perfect for Homecoming, Prom, or a cocktail party. *NEW but it came with no tags attached, taken out of package just for pictures. *Tulle seems too puffy due to being folded in the package, it needs to be propperly steamed to settle in place. (gentle continuos movements to avoid damaging the fabric)
