Beautiful and original prom dress. I received this dress from a costume bridal shop and it is completely hand made. It’s baby blue with hand embroider work and beading. It has tulle underneath for a beautiful full effect. It is a size 8. I had it hemmed at the bottom to go to about my ankles so it would be ideal for someone around 5’ 6’’. Only worn twice! It’s in near perfect condition. It has been in plastic since I’ve worn it.
