100% cotton in a lovely light blue-on-blue pattern. Single case will hold small heart-shape sack of potpourri or a custom pillow. Closes with long tie on back (see picture). Pratesi: famous high-quality brand of Italian linens. Picked this up in one of their stores in Tuscany in the 1990s. Case alone. Made in Italy. Size: 6" wide with 1" ruffle
