This is a Portia & Scarlett dress from Miss Earth. It is a size 4. I purchased this from a contestant that was in the pageant and it is too big for me. It is missing 2 of the 3 hooks for the bustle on the dress itself but the bustle has all 3 hooks. It also has makeup along the inside of the neck strap. Gorgeous and sparkly, full of emerald green rhinestones and the bustle has glitter and feathers. Perfect for fun fashion!

mmwashin @allyssa_raine my personal measurements are 32-26-36. The Portia & Scarlett website says a size 4 fits 34.5-26-36.5
