School uniform-style skirt. Navy blue, heavy and durable polyester. Knee-length. Will fit a ladies Small. Like new condition, from a non-smoking home. Shows size 18, but will fit a 16 (also, poshmark doesn't have an option for size 18). No brand name listed on the tag, but similar to French Toast brand (possibly a little more heavy-duty)

Please tell what the WIDTH across the top edge of waistband is (UNstretched if it stretches at all) like 15.5" 16"? or?? and also the LENGTH. thanks!

@ourladyofvictor So sorry I missed this query! The width across the top edge of the waistband is 14" (the fabric does not stretch). The length from the top of the center of the waistband to the bottom of the center pleat is 20". It's a good length to comply with school dress-codes. Hope that helps!
