Pokemon Torchick Evolution Line, 4 figures

Torchick, Combusken, Blaziken, Mega Blaziken Mega Blaziken is missing a flame from one of the wrists. All figures have some scuffs and scratches, I believe 1 figure also has some glue on it but unsure. All factory markings are shown in pictures. All figures are smaller than 3 inches. Total value in great condition is $46 but these are in fair condition so I’m asking $25 or make me an offer.
