Plunging Neck Multicolored High Waist Dress

The dress in the cover photo IS NOT the one I'm selling. It's same dress but different pattern to show how it looks on. The dress I'm selling is multicolored, brand new, never worn. It's a Sz Medium but runs small so can fit a Small.
