mary_halley @extra_emily I’m sure it could if you had a professional alterations person do it. I see a lot. But the way this skirt is designed you would have to take the pleated section off. Alter the waistband and the pleated skirt. Then sew it back together. It’s a project! You could wear it on your hips for a low waist look with a half shirt.
