a_foundings Megan, I’m so sorry to hear about your shipment. Can you please share a picture with me of the damaged box and damaged shoes? None of my customers have ever received a damaged box so I would like to find out what happened. Again, sorry you had this experience and please let me know. Thank you

a_foundings @ml10f yes, I had responded. I will resend the email. I hadn’t had the chance to call usps yet (slammed at work) but I will definitely try to call them today. I want to find out what they can do as they are responsible for damaging the box during transit. I will keep you updated!
