ericaperino This is great advice! Another thing I wish people would be mindful of is being respectful when people make you offers. If you’re not interested, please be polite and either counter or decline. Leaving the offer open until the time runs out keeps the person who made the offer “locked in”. They may want to make another offer to someone else, but are afraid to because they cannot afford to risk the first order being accepted. Plus they risk losing out on the other item!
