Plaid Tartan Skirt - Green and Red kilt

Stylish plaid tartan skirt featuring a classic green and red pattern. Perfect for adding a touch of elegance to any outfit. I believe this is brand new never worn still has the stitching that holds the pleats in place might need to be hemmed at the bottom though someone on a different site told me that they come that way off the loom. I do not see a maker tag, but I have not unbuckle it to look deeper in the wrap.
