Plaid Short Sleeve Dress

Vintage wool plaid dress with short sleeves, commercially made for pattern or study. Features triangular buttons on Bodice and 3 pockets. The skirt is cut in 4 pieces with the plaid perfectly matched, it's absolutely exquisite. There are miniature half shoulder pads to make the puff sleeve stand out. Unfortunately, there is a lot of insect damage due to this being 100% wool, so It, although it could be worn, there are many holes in it. So you would have to wear slip, which would be historically accurate, and you would want to do that with wool anyway. Measurements. The waistband measures 14 inches across from the collar to the waist. It measures 16 inches from the waist to the bottom of the skirt, The skirt measures 27 inches across the shoulders from shoulder seams it measures fourteen and a half almost fifteen inches opening of cap, sleeve seven inches across.
