Worn literally 2,3 times. Kelsey dress from piper and Scoot. Fully lined. With pockets!! It’s really just amazing!! A dusty lavender/blue color. Fits more of a 4-6 while I’m more of a 2 :/ Hoping someone can love this amazing dress soon!

ziranka @katiegrace1628 I think it could technically but it would be snug. If you are closer to an 8, the. Probably yes but if closer to a 10 then no.

ziranka @sesteadman88 the waist is 13 in, not stretched, but it’s on elastic so it can get very stretchy. The bust (from undersleeve to undersleeve) is 18 inches stretched out.
