Pink vs joggers/leggings size small

Pink vs joggers size SMALL They are a jogger style but fit more like leggings . Maroon waistband with pink logo down sides. They do have a paint mark or something on the right side leg by logo. (Shown in photos) May come out I’m not sure. Also as I was taking these photos I noticed some pulling of the fabric near the inner thigh (shown in photo) I purchased these on another site but they are a little too big so I already got me a XS small in these exact ones so I’m selling these one or I will also include these for free if you bundle items in my closet :)
