Super soft and snuggly!!! The top rhinestone button snaps closed. Then there are several hook closures. I hope they show in the pictures. Also, I had a really hard time capturing the color. It’s brighter than in my photos. Underarm to underarm is approximately 46” (23 x 2). Collar to bottom hem is approximately 22”.
