This Feltman Brothers Pink Smocked Heirloom Dress in size 6 months is Heavenly Sweet. No longer in commision makes this a RARE FIND! The top of the bodice has an accordion design smocking with white embroidery details placed evenly throughout. A white scalloped embroidered border sits where the skirt portion gathers. Short puff sleeves has elastic gathers with a ruffle hem. The Peter Pan collar is trimmed in a delicate white French Lace. Two center pleats adorn the front of the dress and have 4 pearlized petite buttons creating a faux placket.. Upper button back.
