Piccola Bella Southampton Strapless Maxi Dress NWOT

Your favorite summer maxi is here. Featuring a very lightweight material to keep you cool on those extra hot days. Drawstring waist to adjust fit. Long flowy hi-low bottom. Elastic top keeps you in place with a comfy fit. Light blue with darker blue and white floral design. No size tag but this appears to be a small by the measurements and fit. For reference I'm a size S, 27" waist, 34" bust, 5'6" and it fit perfect. The back of the dress hits right at the back of my ankles. Can be hemmed. NWOT
