prettierpenny @darlinginak the flat lay waist is 14in. There is no stretch. What you’re seeing is a thread which I just snipped off. (It won’t cause any hole). I actually just noticed in this lighting that it would need to be be dry cleaned bc there was a drink spilled on it. It’s water markings only visible in dimmer lighting. I would certainly discount heavily since you would have to go through that trouble . Hope that helps!
