Philosophy Spaghetti Strap Dress - Size large

Like new; worn twice. Dark blue satiny floral dress. Really pretty strap design on back. Ruffled hem. Has fabric covered buttons down one side (hard to see in pic) and zipper closure on the other side. Very flattering dress! Tag is missing but is size large. Measures approx 20 inches across chest.
