Perfect summer dress!

This has to be one of my favorite dresses! Double spaghetti strap, navy floral design! The back is gorgeous with a bow tie option and open back. The orange around the waist is elastic and very comfortable. Does have some small fraying/tear on the right side that isn't very noticeable and can be fixed.
