These are beautiful. They have a stacked heel which is about 3 inches high. The brown leather came with a vintage slightly distressed look. The outside zipper works but it is not meant to be used. The inside zipper is what you use to get the shoe on and off. Excellent condition rubber sole. Clean inside. There are some scrapes around the shoe but could probably be eliminated or minimized with a little TLC. The sizing inside the shoe is the UK sizing. The UK size is 6.5 and the Paul Green size converter on their website says this is equivalent to a US 9.
