Patrons of Peace Maxi Dress

This floral dress by Patrons of peace has a deep U neckline and puff sleeves. It has two layers of ruffles below an elasticized waistline. I’ve included a stretch white belt with a gold metal clasp. It measures 19”15”free hips and it’s 47” long. The mix of colors in goldenrod, teal, slate blue, deep orange and yellow meld together to create a beautiful floral dress.
