Patchwork Quilted 70’s Skirt XL

Waist is 17 inches unstretched, 19 inches stretched. Length is a little over 41 inches. Some staining as shown in multiple pictures. Skirt is vintage, so I’m not sure what the staining is. Pulled back to fit me for the picture, but normally fits an XL I would say. Ultimately please refer to measurements and feel free to ask for additional ones if needed! :) Brand is Tumbleweeds.
