scobb315 @imsarahrice hey! Laying flat the waist measurement is right at about 15 inches. I would say they fit true to size! I’m a 2 now but when I was a 4 in most bottoms these fit great. They are a relaxed fit, but even as a smaller size I could use the drawstring waist and still wear them!
