Needs to be dry cleaned and maybe fabric can be changed out or could be worn as is snags are on the backside. The sequence areas like the inside skirt in great condition. Some sequences need to be secured around the under arm area. Please make sure to look at the pictures. The only damaged areas are the flowy fabric and sequence loose under arm.
