Paraphernalia Brand Vintage Black White Jacquard Silk Chevron Striped Skirt Paraphernalia was a boutique in NYC in the 1960's creating their own designs. Size 8 in vintage measurements. Fit is closer to a modern 2 /4 so that's why it's listed that size. 100% silk. So gorgeous and flow-y! Lightweight silk in a black and slightly off white / cream stripe with a subtle jacquard pattern that looks like paint brush swipes woven into it. Hook & Eye and zipper closure.
