papell boutique evening black silk beaded long tunic or short dress, size tag has been removed but it on a size 8 mannequin. Chest measured laying flat across is 20”, shoulder seam to bottom hem is 30.5”. This is missing a bead or 2 here and there, but great condition given it’s vintage age
